The hotel's 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of reassurance, and the free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient. The garden furniture added a touch of tranquility to the surroundings. Although the absence of a restaurant on-site meant exploring dining options, the in-room breakfast service was a thoughtful touch. The VIP check-in/out service elevated the experience, balancing luxury with practicality. Los Portales offered a serene escape, worth considering for a peaceful stay with subtle touches of indulgence without breaking the bank.
